Help us reach our Goal

Greetings from the National Ethnic Arts!

The National Ethnic Arts (NEA) is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating the rich cultural heritage and diversity of ethnic arts. With a deep appreciation for the transformative power of the arts, NEA strives to foster understanding, respect, and unity among communities by showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of diverse cultural expressions.

In a year marked by formidable challenges, we've discovered the depth of our resilience, largely bolstered by the unwavering support of individuals like you. Your dedication to the cause of cultural enrichment has been instrumental in propelling us forward.

As we approach the culmination of this year, December 31st, we've set our sights on an ambitious goal of $10,000. This fund will serve as the cornerstone enabling us to persevere in utilizing ethnic arts as a means to navigate the intricate juncture of societal issues such as racism, feminism, and identity, drawing from the wellspring of our lived experiences.

We humbly seek your partnership in achieving this goal. We hold a strong belief in this endeavor - a belief in fairly compensating our dancers, musicians, and collaborators; providing them with proper studio environments that nurture rather than harm; remunerating panelists and speakers, often fellow artists who are frequently asked to contribute without compensation; and, importantly, creating opportunities for fellow artists who have yet to access the same opportunities. All these individuals collectively mold our performing arts community into the vibrant tapestry I envision.

Every Gift Holds Significance

Your gifts helps us

  • Run the MISF Music and Dance Festival.

  • Ensure uninterrupted rehearsal spaces throughout the year.

  • Fund our performance spaces for the year.

  • Fund emerging artists in our Arts in Progress.

  • Pay our Artist fees for the Year.

  • Cover our musicians' fees for a year.

Indeed, any contribution, no matter its scale, continues to propel us forward in our mission to craft art that communicates the human stories entwined within historical narratives and contemporary discourses.
